Nordic Law Advised Coinmotion on Obtaining Its CASP Authorization

Nordic Law acted as a legal advisor to Coinmotion in obtaining a crypto-asset service provider (CASP) authorization under MiCA from the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA). The authorization enables Coinmotion to seamlessly continue its crypto-asset operations, supported by its payment services.

Nordic Law's involvement was led by our Managing Partner Max Atallah and Partner Mikael Huhtala. We advised Coinmotion throughout the licensing process. Our collaboration with the company began in 2019, when we assisted it in obtaining a payment institution license.
